On October 13 in 2017, Led by Chen Kai, vice President of the Americas division of CGWIC executive director of ABAE, Rixio Morales, and Raul Hernandez , the , executive vice director, was invited to discuss cooperation with the CSTIND, they mainly discussed the VRSS-1 satellite remote data agent and the use of ground station of Wu Han University to receive and backup dataVRSS-1.the discussion has achieved substantial progress, and the two parties basicly has agreed on the agency agreement, also, the two parties has confirmed to use the data receiving station in Wu Han University earth station to receive the data of VRSS-1 and VRSS- 2 in next step.
